feat(plugins,lualine): Added is.vim, moved winbar sections around

Added:
  - [is.vim](https://github.com/haya14busa/is.vim)
    - Clears search highligh when the cursor moves
- Swapped 'location' and 'searchcount' with 'selectioncount' for better
colors
