feat(plugins): Add bufferline, remove rainbow ident-blankline
Added:
  - [bufferline.nvim](https://github.com/akinsho/bufferline.nvim)
  - Overseer status to lualine
Removed:
  - `{` and `}` keymaps for aerial (I like the default behavior more)
